The Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has changed the conventional worship procedures. Health protocols by Government of have Changed Church congregations from face to become interface through online worship. However, problems arise when administrators little knowlege about application computer applications services. This paper will explain design online-based using a smart broadcasting simple V8 live soundcard, 16 channel audio mixer, OBS Studio 26.0.2, Computers, music equipment, handycam and social media channels. results this study are form designing system utilizing limited budget for purchasing professional broadcast but being able digitize analog equipment owned Church. Futhermore, resulted an equation Smart Broadcasting (SCB) Fuzzy Tsukamoto.
